Castle Rock Fetch Pet provided wonderful care for my older dog over the last 3 years. They have excellent pet sitters that become very "in tune" with the pet. And there was minimal change in walkers. The owner, Andy, seems to be very skilled in finding good staff. The business always met my scheduling needs even at the last minute. If one of my regular sitters could not come, the owner Andy took over the visit. My dog passed away this week and Andy, Dawn, Danette and Teri could not have been more supportive. Each time our expectations have been completely exceeded, not only were our dogs treated like royalty, we received regular updates, journals and pictures but Fetch did extra things like bringing in our mail, unpacking perishable packages, scooping poop and they were respectful of our home.
